Description

Electric Bed MCK-3140 is best suitable for use in intensive care units and functional treatment for patients in various types of medical facilities. Electric adjustments of height and bed sections considerably facilitate work of medical personnel. Trendelenburg / reverse Trendelenburg function, section adjustment and a plastic mattress platrom altogether provide significantly better comfort for patient placement on the bed. Ergonomically shaped side rails, durable head/foot boards and wide range of additional available accessories can provide for safety in bed operation, as well as the appearance of the facilitate medical staff in providing qualified assistance in patient care.

Bed frame and lifting mechanisms are made of steel pipes. The bed base embedded with electric actuators is covered with an ergonomically shaped casing made of molded plastic.

A multi-sectional mattress platform is made of steel tubes and plastic mold sheet, which provides a comfortable position for the patient on the bed and ventilation of the under-mattress space.

Plastic removable head and foot boards are made of dense polyethylene and are installed in the seats on the mounting frame and fixed with threaded fasteners. They constitute ergonomically shaped with rounded edges and corners, featuring protective plastic roller bumpers prevents injuries and feature handles for easy manipulation. Boards are also reinforced with metal pipes for a more rigid structure.

Bed adjustments: electric adjustments height, back section and thigh section. Foot section adjustments are performed with Rastomat telescopic slide mechanism. All electric adjustments are performed with hand controller.

Foldable side rails made of high-quality carbon steel consist of two racks connected two rails are are attached to the bed frame. Swivel joints of rails are made of natural hard plastic. To rail can be lowered by unlocking it with pressing the locking button and can be locked back into upper position by raising the rail until the latch mechanism clicks.

Bed castors are swivel, 125 mm equipped with a reliable steel fork with a precision angular contact bearing, a polypropylene rim and a gray polyurethane tire that does not leave marks on the floor, two castors have individual brakes.

The coating of all metal parts is made with environmentally friendly epoxy polymer powder paint, resistant to impacts, chips and treatment with all types of detergents and disinfectants. The material of the head and foot boards, side rails and mattress platform is lightweight and also resistant both to the germicidal irradiation effects and regular disinfectant treatment.
